trainalta was founded in Sydney, Australia in 2012 & was formerly known as 'Wimp 2 Warrior'. We rebranded to trainalta in January 2021.
In 2012 we designed and still deliver the World's leading MMA training program for beginners, Wimp 2 Warrior, which has transformed the lives of over 10,000 humans across multiple countries including Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, United Kingdom, Canada & The United States. We continue to run our famous MMA program in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom & the United States.
Our head office is based in the beautiful Northern Beaches of Sydney, Australia. We also have teams on the ground in Dublin, Ireland and in Texas, USA.
Our leadership team is mostly based at our head office and we have a wonderful group of 12-15 people working from our head office including teams for:
